Collaboration can be an enriching process for two artists, and by challenging each other, a balance is achieved, and the contribution of each person's particular skills has here resulted in a product that surpasses what each could achieve alone. Each L. O’Neill Design handbag is created from the finest jacquard, silk and linen fabrics. The fabric patterns and color combinations are chosen and then woven in mills around the world. The combination of color and texture, along with the final touch of semi-precious stone and gem detailing, gives each handbag a charm of it’s own. Designed with a flare, but built to wear.

Anne has been working with fiber since her first exploration with clothing construction as a young girl. She has been weaving for 16 years. She comes by these skills naturally as her foremothers were skilled seamstresses and family legend talks about her great-great-grandparents having a farm and sheep shearing business in the "old country." We love her hand-woven scarves created for both men and women. They show a flair for color, texture, and fashion sense.

Michael has spent his entire career as an artist and craftsman. Since 1992 he has been designing and hand-painting silk neckwear. He works out of his studio in a remote and beautiful mountainous area in WA state. Besides being an artist he also is an avid bicyclist, having traveled on his bike in many parts of the world.
Michael's collection offers distinctive designs inspired by nature and travel that are sure to please you with their artistic character. Each piece is dyed by hand, one at a time. Starting with white silk, stretched like a canvas, the designs are applied using brushes, stamps and hand tools. The dyed silk is steam set to ensure color fastness and washed to rinse out any excess dye. The silk is then carefully cut and sewn into high quality neckties.

Born in Denver, Colorado Linda grew up with an absolute love of fabrics and sewing which has become a lifetime hobby. Early on, this hobby competed with Linda's second love of horses and dressage which would in 1984 bring her to Virginia where she opened Leesburg's first art gallery, Leesburg Gallery of Art. The gallery was well known for its top originals, fine art prints and distinctive museum quality framing.
In 1990 Linda and artist husband, Tom Neel, joined the fine art publisher The Greenwich Workshop in Connecticut for four years where they represented some of the nation's top artists, before returning to Virginia. Today with no horses, Linda dedicates all of her free time to her love of textile art. Her pieces can be purely art as in wall art or functional art as in hand dyed and silk screened silk scarves and wraps, finger woven wool wraps and jackets. They are rich with deep color, texture and flair. All are fun, especially unique one of a kind originals. She shows her work in national textile shows and has studied with well known textile artists.

As a child Joline would sit on her back porch in the late afternoon sun, sewing sequins onto scraps of black velvet. The effect of the dramatic light and glowing colors fascinated her, and it is this love of color and light that still inspires her artwork today. The imagery in her work can be seen as whimsical little snippets of dream-like stories.
At her studio, Bella Luz Studio, the production line of lights start out as drawings - pastel, colored pencil, and watercolor. Photographed and reproduced as translucent, durable prints, the images are housed in lustrous copper frames.
The Luminettes are tiny works of art which cast a warm and useful glow. They come in frames of hand-textured copper colored by patina with a 4 watt bulb in a beautiful gift box, ready to plug in. A hand-hammered copper swirl dangle is an embellishment to the Luminettes, hanging at the bottom of the frame, disguising the night-light switch and mirroring the etched swirl at the top of each frame.

Alexandra started flamework in 2004, by taking classes with Michael Higgins at the New Dynasty Glass studio in Virginia and glass quickly became her passion. Flamework is done using a propane and oxygen torch and all pieces are annealed to ensure durability. Alexandra uses mostly borosilicate, also known as hard glass (akin to Pyrex). Having been a painter for over 40 years, Alexandra saw an opportunity to create designs with glass, to “paint” with glass. Working over a flame widens design opportunities, as the glass may be shaped, stretched, and twisted. Techniques such as implosion provide three-dimensional designs within the glass, (e.g. blooming flowers). With her combination of artistic backgrounds involving the use of different media, Alexandra has created a style of her own resulting in very unique jewelry pieces.
